ソフトバンクグループとは資本関係のない「軟銀ソリューションズ株式会社」および「幸福空間股份有限公司」と名乗る団体が、ソフトバンクグループ株式会社、ソフトバンク株式会社およびSB C&S株式会社の商号や商標を不正に使用し、またはこれらを使用せずにソフトバンクグループとの関連性を示唆するなどして、イベント開催告知や宣伝活動などを行っている事実が確認されました。

ソフトバンクグループは、これらの取り組みに一切関与しておらず、何ら関係がありませんのでご注意ください。

ソフトバンクグループは、引き続き商号および商標を保護するために必要な措置を講じていきます。

Notice Regarding Organizations “SoftBank Solutions Co., Ltd.” and “幸福空間股份有限公司” with No Equity Relationship to the SoftBank Group, and Their Event

The SoftBank Group has become aware that organizations operating under the names “SoftBank Solutions Co., Ltd.” and “幸福空間股份有限公司,” which have no equity relationship to SoftBank Group Corp., SoftBank Corp., or SB C&S Corp., have been conducting event announcements and promotional activities through the unlawful use of the trade names and trademarks of  SoftBank Group entities, or by otherwise suggesting an association with the SoftBank Group without directly using such names or marks.

We wish to make it unequivocally clear that the SoftBank Group has no involvement in, nor any relationship whatsoever with, these activities.

We will continue to take all necessary actions to protect our trade names and trademarks.

The SoftBank Group已确认，有自称“软银解决方案株式会社”及“幸福空间股份有限公司”的组织，与The SoftBank Group不存在任何资本关系，却擅自使用SoftBank Group Corp.、SoftBank Corp.及SB C&S Corp.的商号及商标，或在未使用相关名称或标识的情况下暗示其与The SoftBank Group存在关联关系，从而实施活动举办通知及宣传推广等行为。

本集团特此郑重声明：

The SoftBank Group与上述组织及其相关活动不存在任何形式的关联，亦未参与其任何活动。请公众务必提高警惕，注意甄别。

本集团将持续采取一切必要措施，以维护本集团的商号及商标权益。
